hello, my name is tasha and i am a 26 year old mother of two, married to a wonderful man. since the economy has fallen off, i have pretty much been without a job, and after becoming a mother i had to choose staying home because child care for my children far exceeded what i am able to make at this point and i have no transportation to even try to look or go to the dss office and apply for exta financial help from the government with child care. i attempted to go to school before my first child but was unable to continue after my car broke down, and was unable to do online classes because at the time i did not have acess to a computer as i do now. and now i cant afford to pay for any schooling. my husband is a good christian man... who in his early years due to some foolish behavior made some mistakes that resulted in his going to jail for 5 years. and we have found out the hard way. that no matter how much you may change, when it comes to employers they just wont risk hiring a person with a bit of a rouph past. so my husband is a landscaper..... a job that has sufferd tremendously through these hard economic times, he barely gets any hours. if our family were able to get a vehicle, it would help tremendously. my husband could find two jobs and get back and forth to them....... because ther is no bus or transportation system here in easley sc where we live and i could both get a job and run the errands done i need to recieve free child care help. if some one could help us with a vehicle, dont care if its a pento or flinstone car if it runs it would help our dire, poverty circomstances tremendously.a car is the only thing that is holding us back from growing as a stable family the way we need to. if some one could help us with a car the skys the limit. but with no close family, and no public transportation are hands are discouragingly tied. and we are in a financial rut it has been so hard to crawl out of. it would be a tremendous blessing that words could not exspress the gratitude we would have. and i swear that soon as we are able. we to would eventuially give back and help a needy family with transportation as well. thank you for your time, in reading my desperate plea. and god bless.
